Daniel Swoboda
Keynote Talk: General Policies, Planning, and Robotics.

Daniel Swoboda is a researcher at the Representation, Learning, and Planning Lab at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, working with Prof. Hector Geffner. His research focuses on integrating System 1 and System 2 approaches in robotics, with interests including learning general policies with robot feedback, extracting symbolic information from vision, developing robot skills that generalize across tasks, and addressing broader task and motion planning (TAMP) challenges. He previously worked on multi-robot collaboration at RWTH Aachen and on assembly sequence planning with the University of Toronto. He is also a member of the Technical Committee of the RoboCup Logistics League.

Tarik Viehmann
Keynote Talk: Knowledge-Driven Reasoning in ROS with the CLIPS Executive.

Tarik Viehmann is a researcher at the Knowledge-Based Systems Group at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, working with Prof. Gerhard Lakemeyer. His research focuses on combining knowledge-driven and data-driven approaches in industrial applications. Specifically, he works on multi-robot coordination, temporal planning, reinforcement learning as well as recommendation systems leveraging both expert and learned data. He is part of the Robotics institute Germany (RIG) and the Cluster of Excellence Internet of Production and is also a member of the UnRAVeL research training group. Additionally, he is active in the Technical Committee of the RoboCup Logistics League.
