Paper Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS template.

Papers must have a minimum length of 12 pages and a maximum of 20 pages (including references).

Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format through the Microsoft CMT system.

The initial submission must be anonymized for double-blind review (no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or identifying information).

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process with at least two independent reviewers.

Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

Accepted papers are planned to be published in Springer proceedings, subject to editorial approval.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.

Review Process

The review process will be double-blind. Authors must remove all identifying information from the submitted manuscript. Each paper will be evaluated by at least two reviewers based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference topics.
